An initial meeting lasting about 1 hour and then a joint meeting taking about 2 hours:

• Initial meeting with both parties separately
• Joint meeting with parties
  • Ground rules agreed
  • Both sides of the story told
  • Issues identified
  • Solutions arrived at by parties
  • Agreement written and signed
